My name is Niel Bruwer. I currently hold a brown belt in judo and am preparing to grade for my black belt.
Over the years, I’ve proudly earned four medals at the Pre-Cadet South African Judo Championships - including two gold medals for fighting.
Luné Van Niekerk

I'm Luné Van Niekerk, I started my judo journey at the age of 14 years. After a long break from Judo, I joined Doryoku Judo Academy in April 2023 as a blue belt. I am a brown belt in judo now and I plan to grade for my First Dan (Black Belt) during November/December 2025.
At the SA Open, I won 1 Silver and 1 Bronze as a Senior during 2016/2017 and Gold medals as aVeteran during 2024/ 2025. I am very passionate about judo and I aspire to be coaching all judoka to eventually become great players.
